réservés de façon injustifiée,
les automates de fiabilisation des vols réduisent le
taux de NOSHO et augmentent le revenu attendu.
Grâce à leur traitement systématique,
ces systèmes lissent les courbes de NOSHO/GOSHO pour
les différentes classes tarifaires. Par conséquent,
le système de Revenue Management a la possibilité
d'établir une prévision plus précise
de surbooking proposé pour chaque vol. Le risque est
contrôlé et le taux de remplissage est élevé."

Management system and enforce it. By allowing re-selling seats
which were unjustifiably booked, the flight firming systems
decrease the NOSHO rate and increase revenue.
With their systematic processing, the systems smooth the NOSHO/GOSHO
curves for the different fare classes processed. Therefore,
the Revenue Management system is enabled to provide a more
accurate forecast on the proposed overbooking for each flight.
The risk is controlled and the load factor is higher.",

de façon systématique sur les destinations les
plus chargées, afin d'annuler les réservations
non fiables et d'offrir ainsi plus de places à nos

la cellule Interventions/Fiabilisation/Automates - Revenue
Management chez Air France.

allows to stabilize some noshow rates that can often be very
erratic. In a peak period, we systematically use LEON on the
fullest flights in order to cancel unreliable reservations
and to be able to offer more seats to our clients", Amel
